At Ziggies, we take pride in the quality of our curated smart home safety kits. Because we source high-quality components from specialized warehouses, we want to be completely transparent about how your order gets to you.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. This is the time it takes for our warehouse team to pick, pack, and prepare your smart home gear for shipment.

2. Shipping Times

We work with dedicated fulfillment centers to bring you the best safety products. Our estimated delivery window is 5–10 business days for orders within the United States.

Note: In rare cases, items may be shipped separately if you order different types of kits (e.g., a Motion Sensor and a Leak Detector). You will receive a separate tracking number for each package if this occurs.

3. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep. If you don't receive an email within 4 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at [Insert your support email].

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
